One of the best movies never made.
The protagonist of this movie is a famous actor, Jonh Smith, who interprets very well his paper together with his companion, a dog, and later a woman and a child.
He lives in New York, without family, and in a house prepared to defend itself from the possible assaults of the people transformed into a type of monster because of a poison. He's a military man and doctor, and survives hunting and planting shaft that finally one finds with other survivors.
After aver found the antidote and to die to defend the woman and the boy, these go towards to a surviving colony and deliver the antidote.
Finally it is supposed that the species humanizes will return to expand.
According to my opinion, one of the best apocalyptic movie!
